The Akhal-Teke Association of America (ATAA) is working to identify barriers for Akhal-Teke breeders and owners to register their horses both with the ATAA and in the closed Russian Studbook, VNIIK.
We need input from the Akhal-Teke community to help identify what these barriers are.
